The worship service at Bethel is a blend of traditional and contemporary with the singing of several hymns, praise songs, corporate prayer and a sermon.

The schedule for Bethel services was altered during the period of the Covid-19 virus pandemic. All services at the church were discontinued, following UMC guidance, after March 22, 2020. A format was established for providing an online worship service of recorded and text messages each week. Although services in the church were begun again on May 31,2020, Pentecost Sunday, the online service continued, using the same format as the live service until July 7,2026. After that, the Sunday Church Service is documented on the Sermon page and in the Church Service Photo Album of the web site.
The Online Services had all the content of the church service, using pre-recorded elements, and added a "Resource Page" with related information for independent study.
